The sun was shining on Lahti and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Spartacus took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Oppsiktsvekkende sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Wolf galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Oppsiktsvekkende was still in the lead after 1500m.

Danielius Bakaou litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Jumping Missile won. Oppsiktsvekkende came in second. Danielius Bakaou caught third place.
