The sun was shining on Kausala and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mindaugas Bakaou could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Nighttrain To Lorca saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Mindaugas Bakaou sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Fraustadt Larockma accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Mindaugas Bakaou suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Fraustadt Larockma never caught up with Mindaugas Bakaou who won. Nighttrain To Lorca came third.
