One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bilbo Baggins took the lead after a very quick start.




Intelligent Sound saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Intelligent Sound clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Intelligent Sound followed by Glory Gallant and Summer Breeze. Lane two Force Du Face followed by Bilbo Baggins and Ms Jacksson.




Intelligent Sound didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



In The Light showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Force Du Face speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Force Du Face didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
