It had been raining for several days at Skellefteå but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Smiling Moon took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Bold Brightness started to galop and lost 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Agape T. M., Donna Bella, Bold Brightness, Parima, Smiling Moon, Coughing Starlight, Whatever Trap, Light Pie.




The leader got disturbed by something and Bold Brightness took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bold Brightness today. It continued in the lead.



Parima was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Bold Brightness sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Bold Brightness showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Agape T. M. galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Parima made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Donna Bella.
