It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wiglaf sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Climb To Top quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Loiseaux took the lead after 1000m. The Prospector didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
