The sun was shining on Mariehamn today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Rugged Rock. Liudvikas Bakaou ended up behind the leader. Clever Knight got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Wandering Darkness, Burn It To The Ground, Papachristoforou, Liudvikas Bakaou, Dreaming Pirate, Clever Knight, Lukas Bakaou, Rugged Rock. driver couldn't keep Emporio Hoof to trotting so they were disqualified.

Liudvikas Bakaou sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Liudvikas Bakaou today. It continued in the lead.

Burn It To The Ground was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Rugged Rock speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Jukka-Pekka Kauhanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Burn It To The Ground started to galopp and lost 40 m. Erik Adielsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Emporio Hoof started to galopp and lost 20 m.
