It had been raining for several days at Karlshamn but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Just Work tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Fandango that came steaming ahead.

Prepare My Victory saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Curly Summer sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Famous Flower galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Curly Summer was still in the lead after 1500m. Mine At Last showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Curly Summer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Fandango, 2 Curly Summer, 3 Just Work.
