The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Shining Queen could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Milk Tank galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Princess Crown quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Hurtigrutten sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Pointing Gold saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Shining Queen put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Hurtigrutten was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.

Princess Crown was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Shining Queen looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Stephanie Star galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Matami Mimmi was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.

Winner of todays race was Shining Queen. Pointing Gold came in second. Boogie Woogie became third.
