The sun was shining on Färjestad today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Achtung Baby tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Stepping Red that came steaming ahead.




Stepping Red was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Achtung Baby seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.
