It had been raining for several days at Kemijärvi but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Anina V. Belle took the lead after a very quick start. Doctor House suddenly started to galop. Petter Lundberg had to struggle to get Doctor House to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

Running Action quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Frauke Larockma took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Frauke Larockma followed by Nighttrain To Lorca and Running Action. Lane two Ginalaya followed by Clermont Gentleman and Astro Man.

Frauke Larockma didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Running Action was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.

Clermont Gentleman was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Frauke Larockma kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Astro Man was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.

Winner of todays race was Frauke Larockma. Nighttrain To Lorca came in second. Ginalaya became third.
