One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Yzerman sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Skipping Necklace was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Criminal Volbeat sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Fawltys Bodydouble was still in the lead after 1500m.

Fawltys Bodydouble sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
