Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Pin Stripe. Junkie ended up behind the leader. Grace got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Veli-Erkki Paavola wanted a little to much in the start and Zoetig galoped for 30 m.

Carmensita looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pin Stripe couldn't come out from behind the leader, Grace. Beautiful Box was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Carmensita didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
