One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Running Pirate took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Funky Prank to trotting so they were disqualified. When the startcar left the field Flaming Victory started to galop and lost 30 m.

Enormous Pride quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Flaming Victory took the lead rather easily.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Flaming Victory today. It continued in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Loving Whirlwind galoped for 20 m. Flaming Victory sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Running Pirate won the race after a spectacular finish.
