The sun was shining on Eskilstuna and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Steel Energy. Militarius ended up behind the leader. Madonna Rags got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Militarius was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Militarius saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Militarius clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Militarius followed by King City Clarkson and Madonna Rags. Lane two Mondrian followed by Steel Energy and Johnny Globetrotter.




Mondrian took the lead.



Mondrian sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Mondrian kept the speed the whole finish and won before Militarius and Steel Energy.
