The sun was shining on Lindesberg and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Plaistow found a gap and took the lead. Polished Body followed before Flickering Summer.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and My Return sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Stopping Lemonade who started to galop and lost 40 m. King Lightning was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Plaistow took the lead after 1000m. Polished Body didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Plaistow followed by Fingal Express and Force De Traction. Lane two Polished Body followed by King Lightning and Killer Joe. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Stopping Lemonade gallopped for 50 m. driver couldn't keep Templier to trotting so they were disqualified.

Plaistow was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Templier showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Polished Body litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Åke Lindblom tried a little too much on the homestretch and Plaistow started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Fingal Express won the race after a spectacular finish.
