One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Golden Wings sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Mikael J Andersson wanted a little to much in the start and Growing Energy galoped for 50 m. Golden Wings was in fine shape and held the lead. Frozen Glittering started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Funky Joint started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. The leader got disturbed by something and Caipirinha took the lead rather easily. Golden Wings looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. With only a little left of the race Frozen Sunray galoped for 30 m. Golden Wings kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. driver couldn't keep Caipirinha to trotting so they were disqualified. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Frozen Sunray galop. Frozen Sunray lost 30 m. Golden Wings didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
