The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Lappeenranta today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speedy John sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. My My Crazyboy was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Alien Patrol who started to galop and lost 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Box Hill who started to galop and lost 10 m. Følelse Suport was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
