It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fire Into Speed could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Slow Power suddenly started to galop. Erik Adielsson had to struggle to get Slow Power to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Stopping Missile, Fast Printer, Fire Into Speed, Stopping Play, Less Is More, Inferno, Walking Bear, Slow Power.




Less Is More looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Inferno couldn't come out from behind the leader, Stopping Missile.




Less Is More looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Less Is More kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Stopping Missile was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Less Is More were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Slow Power won the race after a spectacular finish.
