Only a humble breeze blew over Solvalla this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bewildered could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Fast Platinum who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Smooth Criminal sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Ritorno accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Inkas Sioux started to gallop after 1500m and Fredrik B Larsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Fast Platinum galoped for 20 m. Ritorno sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Smooth Criminal won. Bewildered came in second. Black Crossing Red caught third place.
