The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Lappeenranta this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Racer Douche tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sacre Coeur that came steaming ahead.




Racer Douche quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Flickering Brightness sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Flickering Brightness today. It continued in the lead.



Flickering Brightness kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Flickering Brightness today who won before Sacre Coeur and Racer Douche.
