The sun was shining on Halmstad today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Us Navy Nuclear tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Spang Jo Jo that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Spang Jo Jo clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Us Navy Nuclear saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Us Navy Nuclear didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Spang Jo Jo galoped for 30 m. Us Navy Nuclear looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
