One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Supersensitive was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Glem Meg Fortid sprinted to the front. Vanilla Box started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Glem Meg Fortid followed by Platinum Work and Titan Sign. Lane two Vanilla Box followed by Playing Wave and Madonna Rags. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Supersensitive gallopped for 50 m.



Vanilla Box was first on the homestretch followed by Playing Wave and Glem Meg Fortid.






Playing Wave never caught up with Vanilla Box who won. Glem Meg Fortid came third.
