It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





On Ice could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Olle Goop wanted a little to much in the start and Power Step galoped for 50 m.

On Ice took the lead after 1000m. Power Step didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. As It Gets galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




General Stone accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. On Ice started to gallop after 1500m and Jörgen Wickman had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



General Stone kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






General Stone kept the speed the whole finish and won before Power Step and Happy Night.
