One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Yolo David took the lead after a very quick start.




Yolo David was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Coughing Flower started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Yolo David clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Yolo David followed by Well Known and Coughing Flower. Lane two Belize followed by Blue Moon Warrior and Fast Platinum.



Yolo David sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Yolo David didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
