One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fifi Fun could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Razor started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Your Royal Highness, Jay-walker, Trotting In Stereo, Fast Band, Thunder Hero, Razor, Orgueil De Vous, Fifi Fun.




Fast Band took the lead after 1000m. Fifi Fun didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fast Band followed by Orgueil De Vous and Trotting In Stereo. Lane two Fifi Fun followed by Razor and Your Royal Highness.



Fast Band looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Funky Nova showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Orgueil De Vous won the race after a spectacular finish.
