It had been raining for several days at Lieksa but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bolt Action tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Tief Bewegt that came steaming ahead.




Downtown Sundown saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Tief Bewegt accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Opal De Landemer suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Bloob Kloob won the race after a spectacular finish.
