The weather had been good all week and Drammen was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Copernicus tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Oktoberfest Dream that came steaming ahead.




Copernicus saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Brûlant Vouloir took the lead after 1000m. Athletic Sin didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Oktoberfest Dream saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Crazy Stalker galloped for 40 m.



Jeanbat Du Vivier showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Oktoberfest Dream were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Jeanbat Du Vivier galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Copernicus won the race after a spectacular finish.
