The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Färjestad today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sliding Rocker was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Via Natzionale Queen was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Identity Okey was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. When the startcar left the field Courac started to galop and lost 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Courac, Via Natzionale Queen, Sliding Rocker, Yason Boko, Perfect General, Votre Richesse, Rindis Fabel, Screaming Missile. Speed Ball was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Sliding Rocker took the lead after 1000m. Rindis Fabel didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Perfect General was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Sliding Rocker was still in the lead after 1500m.

Yason Boko was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Sliding Rocker kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Courac won the race after a spectacular finish.
