The weather had been good all week and Arvika was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Play It Fast could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Per Oleg Midtfjeld wanted a little to much in the start and Skipping Brightness galoped for 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Vanity, Urtado, Kid On High Street, Journey To Paradise, Listening Mountain, Indian Sneaker, Play It Fast, Ice Road Trucker.




Urtado sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Urtado followed by Listening Mountain and Journey To Paradise. Lane two Kid On High Street followed by Play It Fast and Indian Sneaker.



Modest Diamond galloped way to long and was disqualified. Kid On High Street was first on the homestretch followed by Urtado and Listening Mountain.






Final standings. 1 Play It Fast, 2 Urtado, 3 Listening Mountain.
