The sun was shining on Lahti today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bonn Coffeeshop was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Harri Koivunen wanted a little to much in the start and Rugged Paradigm galoped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rugged Paradigm sprinted to the front.




Wild Gunman took the lead after 1000m. Ababyfrogonalog didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Ababyfrogonalog saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Bonn Coffeeshop speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Mighty Boy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Summer Breeze.
