The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Oviken this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Coconut Dancer. Zwisch De Suite ended up behind the leader. Sleepy Wish got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Angelica Holm wanted a little to much in the start and Luxe Réjouir galoped for 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mad Wardrobe sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Coconut Dancer who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Coconut Dancer took the lead after 1000m. Mad Wardrobe didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Coconut Dancer today. It continued in the lead. Luxe Réjouir started to gallop after 1500m and Angelica Holm had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Life Is Beautiful gallopped for 30 m.

Sleepy Wish was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Coconut Dancer sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Elegant Red won the race after a spectacular finish.
