The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frasses Tjugofjärde tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Bilbo Baggins that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Lonely Starshine, Polished Energy, Gorgeous Diary, Urd Af Hjo, Zobi La Mouche, Walking Mustache, Stepping Lemonade, Frasses Tjugofjärde. A bird flew just in front of Pinch Of Spices who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Lonely Starshine was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Gorgeous Diary looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Bilbo Baggins gallopped for 30 m.



Gorgeous Diary were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Stepping Lemonade never caught up with Gorgeous Diary who won. Frasses Tjugofjärde came third.
