One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Starshine Nova could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Weather Report sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Razor who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Shakespears Sister took the lead after 1000m. Golden Magpie didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Golden Magpie was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Golden Magpie saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Sudden Darkness started to gallop after 1500m and Kim Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Golden Magpie sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Stretching Cookie never caught up with Golden Magpie who won. Starshine Nova came third.
