One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rhythm Divine tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Liptonius that came steaming ahead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Old Cruiser sprinted to the front.

Cropans´s Boa sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Drama showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cropans´s Boa followed by Rhythm Divine and Guld Af Hjo. Lane two Old Cruiser followed by Liptonius and Bad Dream. Bad Dream started to gallop after 1500m and Harri Koivunen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Cropans´s Boa kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. driver couldn't keep Never Been Seen to trotting so they were disqualified.

Cropans´s Boa kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Robert Bergh tried a little too much on the homestretch and Frankenstein started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Cropans´s Boa didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
