Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Romme track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Von Schmeganhausen sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. First Ever, Gele Me Tresche, Flower Fall, Von Schmeganhausen, Fawltys Corri, Global Runner, Breaking Wind, .




Breaking Wind looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gele Me Tresche couldn't come out from behind the leader, First Ever.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one First Ever followed by Fawltys Corri and Gele Me Tresche. Lane two Breaking Wind followed by Von Schmeganhausen and Flower Fall.



Breaking Wind were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Jimmy Takter tried a little too much on the homestretch and Flower Fall started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Von Schmeganhausen won. Breaking Wind came in second. Global Runner caught third place.
