The sun was shining on Kalajoki and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Thunder Road took the lead after a very quick start. Fuglesang was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Veli-Erkki Paavola wanted a little to much in the start and Lone Folder galoped for 20 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Queen Of Hearts sprinted to the front.

The leader got disturbed by something and Lone Folder took the lead rather easily. Lucky Princess suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Lone Folder today. It continued in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Sioux Fighter galoped for 40 m. Lone Folder sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Honorijus Bakaou was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.

Final standings. 1 Cedric, 2 Lone Folder, 3 Curly Summer.
