It had been raining for several days at Jägersro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pas De Promettre found a gap and took the lead. Church Bell followed before Due To Blizzard.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Out Of Control sprinted to the front.




Don King Shot sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Berlin Rocket galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Don King Shot followed by Due To Blizzard and First Time Flying. Lane two Church Bell followed by Pas De Promettre and Out Of Control. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 10 m.




Church Bell put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Church Bell kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Church Bell didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
