It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Moonlight Witch was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Pure Power was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Pure Power sprinted to the front.

Neolo took the lead after 1000m. Call Of Cthulhu didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Moonlight Witch suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Neolo followed by Holiday Investor and Money Maker. Lane two Call Of Cthulhu followed by Pure Power and Inside Straight Draw.

Neolo looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Neolo galoped way to long and was disqualified. Pure Power galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.

Holiday Investor won the race after a spectacular finish.
