One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Raas Cherry took the lead after a very quick start. Deja Vu was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Bad Habit showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Lady Tango was still in the lead after 1500m. Lady Tango didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. driver couldn't keep Pretty Sunflower to trotting so they were disqualified. Lady Tango looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Winner of todays race was Lady Tango. Raas Cherry came in second. Deja Vu became third. Results
