The sun was shining on Mantorp and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sudden Tropic could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Candy Cane saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Candy Cane followed by Pomme De Terre and Alexia. Lane two Sudden Tropic followed by Pas Mal and I Feel You. I Feel You galloped for 20 m.



Candy Cane were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Micael Stjernström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Alexia started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Sudden Tropic won the race after a spectacular finish.
