It had been raining for several days at Jägersro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Mr Big Boy was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Conrad Lugauer wanted a little to much in the start and Mr Big Boy galoped for 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Super Svensson, Burning Desire, Speedy Svensson, Sunshine Girl, Guard Of Ottawa, Mr Big Boy, Walking Mustache, By The Beach.

Walking Mustache took the lead after 1000m. Speedy Svensson didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Speedy Svensson accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Guard Of Ottawa litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

By The Beach sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
