One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Silent Rival tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Empty Space that came steaming ahead.




Aztec Girl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Golden Jackal was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Silent Rival sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Broken Rebel galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Silent Rival was still in the lead after 1500m. Ahimsa Abacoberber started to gallop after 1500m and Peter Untersteiner had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Broken Rebel gallopped for 40 m.




Silent Rival was still in the lead after 2000m.



Empty Space suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Empty Space. Silent Rival came in second. Stepping Tropic became third.
