One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Godere Il Cavalcare could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Geir Vegard Gundersen wanted a little to much in the start and Mind Your Business galoped for 20 m. Hans Petter Tholfsen wanted a little to much in the start and Roll The Rockets galoped for 30 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mind Your Business sprinted to the front.

Happy Paradigm sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Roll The Rockets accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

With only a little left of the race Happy Paradigm galoped for 40 m. Roll The Rockets kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Always Deliver, 2 Roll The Rockets, 3 Godere Il Cavalcare.
