It had been raining for several days at Umåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Firm Tribute. Fortune Cookie ended up behind the leader. Wild Gunman got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Foke Jace started to galop and lost 20 m.




Tropical Box saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Firm Tribute started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Fast Missile sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Sokrates galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Fast Missile was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Zegel Uw Feet gallopped for 10 m.



Fast Missile looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Fast Missile kept the speed the whole finish and won before Firm Tribute and Åsa-nisse.
