One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prince Lightning took the lead after a very quick start.




Basket Case saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Grasping Lady took the lead rather easily.




Prince Lightning looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Look De Star started to gallop after 1500m and Ulf Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Growing Band galoped for 10 m. Prince Lightning kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Basket Case won. Prince Lightning came in second. Criminal Bob caught third place.
