One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Like A Lion tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Black Face that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Like A Lion sprinted to the front.




Like A Lion was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Black Face looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Like A Lion took the lead. Black Face gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Like A Lion sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Black Face sprinted over the finishline before Like A Lion and Radiating Nova.
