It had been raining for several days at Leangen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Liptonius tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Like A Lion that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Liptonius sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Lill Stina took the lead rather easily.




Liptonius looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Like A Lion showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Liptonius were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Tevez galop. Tevez lost 50 m. Like A Lion galoped way to long and was disqualified.




King Of Chess won. Liptonius came in second. Lill Stina caught third place.
