One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Midsummer Lady sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. By The Way suddenly started to galop. Hans Petter Tholfsen had to struggle to get By The Way to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Perfect Fliegend sprinted to the front. By The Way galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Rose Garden took the lead after 1000m. Rindis Monster Truck didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Rose Garden today. It continued in the lead.

Rose Garden sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Midsummer Lady sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
