One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Kookaburra found a gap and took the lead. Happy Girl followed before Beautiful Amazon. Rød Het Gi galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Heavenly Flower saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Hope's Song who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Stretching Flower took the lead after 1000m. Hope's Song didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Hope's Song accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Happy Girl litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Hope's Song sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
