One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rosie Kemp could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Punching Piece, Give Me Strength, Modest Diamond, Rosie Kemp, First Class Hero, City Girl, Rayray, Green Prince. Green Prince started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Modest Diamond took the lead after 1000m. Rosie Kemp didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



Punching Piece was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Green Prince took the lead after 1000m. City Girl didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Rayray galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Give Me Strength galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




City Girl never caught up with Green Prince who won. Modest Diamond came third.
